The Disciples Men of the Wendell Christian Church is a member of the Disciples Men of the Regional N.C. Christian Church Disciples of Christ.The organization promotes:

1. Service to the church and community.

2. Fellowship within the local church and through the state wide organizations.

3. We help support academic scholarship for students at Barton College.

4. We offer financial aid for students attending summer programs at Camp Caroline and Christmount.

5. Through our annual chicken barbecue fund raiser and help from the church family, we are able to financially support our projects.

6. We actively support the spiritual life of the church.

Over the years our men have held offices on the executive committee of the State Board of Disciple Men and officers of Coastal Plain District.

All men of the church are welcome to join us in fellowship and ministry.
