In a few short weeks, the Wild Goose Festival will commence. This 4-day outdoor festival is a celebration of justice, spirituality, music and art and takes place in Hot Springs, NC. There is always been a great Disciples of Christ presence at the festival and this year will be no different as the festival will feature Rev. Dr. Sharon Watkins, General Minister and President of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)

CAMP TOGETHER:

There is an opportunity for Disciples to camp together in a designated camping space for Disciples. It will be first come; first serve but there will be plenty of camping spaces at WGF. Overnight participants will still need to reserve and pay for their camping space. If you are interested in reserving a space in the Disciples camping area please contact Hollie Woodruff: revhollie@gmail.com. At this time, we do not have specific information about the location of the designated area but it will be marked. Information will be shared at the WGF check-in station upon your arrival.

COMMUNION TOGETHER:

On Friday, June 27, there will be an informal potluck at the designated Disciples camping area from 6:00-8:00 PM. Rev. Dr. Sharon Watkins will be joining us. Everyone is welcome.
