The Wendell Council of Churches is having its 2nd Food Drive for local families in need. There are plenty of paper bags for your donation in the Fellowship Hall and Narthex. Please take as many bags as you can fill and return them to the church on Sunday, October 19. Recommended items are grits, rice, pancake mix, oat meal, syrup, cereal, peanut butter, jelly, canned milk, kool aid, ramen noodles, canned chicken, tuna or ham, pasta, mac & cheese, canned soups, canned fruit, instant jello pudding.
