This is a special project to get shoes for school age children in Eastern Wake County. Donation of new or VERY gently used shoes from toddler to adult sizes is requested (tennis shoes preferred for school). The drive has been extended to July 29th and the shoes will be distributed by the Wake County Public Schools Social Workers who know of specific needs. Help students start the school year off on the “right” foot! Gift cards and cash donations will also be gladly accepted. A box is in the Fellowship Hall for this worthy cause.
